Rokov Publishing, founded by photographer Nick Rochowski is a new independent creative platform for collaborative output. I’m very excited to show you their first publication: The Liminal Points Project.

The Liminal Points Project is a re-exploration of Penn Wood, Buckinghamshire and a journey back to a vivid childhood fantasy. Working at dawn, dusk and night blending natural and constructed lighting techniques in conjunction with elements from the landscape, the betwixt, large-scale images lie in a place that is somewhere between realities, as if you have stumbled upon a happening.

The book starts with a very nice illustration of Greg Haynes. The collaboration between the illustrator and the photographer fits very well for this publication. The photography in the book is a beautiful mix between reality and fantasy. I like the idea of using lighting techniques in a natural environment. Nick Rochowski makes use of the available light or uses lighting techniques in more of his projects. Check out his beautiful portfolio:http://www.rochowski.net/

In the book you can find a download link for an exclusive soundtrack made by Deepsea.
